Hi I found a bug in Open Office Calc that needs to be addressed.
When converting the MMMM D, YYYY from Oct 5 2015 to October 5, 2015 it converts it to Oct 52015. I have reproduced this several times.
To do this just type the data in the cell and right click format cells and then goto Date and December 31, 1999
