Hi Pavel,
a significant part of the site where hg.services.openoffice.org is
hosted has problems with outbound network traffic, probably a router is
down or something. It's not specific to our hg service, a number of
other services are affected as well. The ticket says they are working on
it, I guess the service will be back soon.
