One small question. How does "Verified in CWS os144" relate to 300mXX
versions?
CWS os144 is a child workspace with target OOo 3.4. As the branch-off
for a (OOO340) release codeline for OOo 3.4 hasn't been scheduled yet
the child workspace will get integrated into the development codeline
DEV300 as soon as the CWS has been approved (and nominated) by QA.

To your question: The fix for the issue you mentioned has been verified
within a child workspace build. This is only part of the QA work that
has to be done to get all fixes within this CWS approved for integration
