Hi, Big thanks goes to Slava, few things need to be clarified: 1. is it ok to put the source code in the cygwin/home/zzh...? have seen warning like 'cygwin prefer /home /zzh/.. etc.? 2. there were surely no blanks or quotes contained in the path variable in the shell. no trailing slash as well. 3. I surely used /cygdrive/c/ in all the cases, when I was writing all the --with stuff. do I need to try re-typing them using /c/ instead? 4. one last question, this make myself feel more stupid, how to post the solution?
