Hi EveryOne, there's an a good news about the avaibility of Street View Image. My company Laser Navigation srl (http://www.radionav.it) decide to support OSM project . We have develop 3 years ago an a system "Laser Sfera" that is very similar to Google Street View , actualy in Italy we have produced about 5000 km of road. Normaly our company work for municipality. Actualy our Eng. are working to update the export functionality of Laser Sfera Editor , so our system can export directly in osm the GPS raw data. The first support are the avaibility of gps raw data to the OSM community , the second step will to partecipate to some mapping party in Italy with our "Laser Sfera Car" a mobile mapping system that we use to collect video data of the street.The date collect during the mapping party will be avaible to OSM community.
