Stefan It takes some time to do a complete database rebuild. On bearstech this was hampered by an unexpected reboot of the VM.
Meanwhile xapi.openstreetmap.org is behaving oddly. I'm beginning to belive its a hardware problem (memory perhaps), but I'm still trying to nail down the exact issue.
