I would calculate with half the size of 13kB.
Many tiles are only around 100 bytes.
This will be around 1 to 2 weeks.

How is there a combination possible,
of static generated tiles for zoom level 0 to 17,
and using mod_tile for zoom 18?
That is not what he wanted to say. He simply wanted to say that I
should not render everything in advance.
Cloudmade just told me that they use mapnik to render their files, but
that their style are not available to public.
