here is the debian package
http://osm.komzpa.net/~mdupont/osm/pool/main/w/webkitimageqt/

the line "deb http://osm.komzpa.net/~mdupont/osm/ gjergi-osm main" you
add to your /etc/apt/source.list

apt-get install webkitimageqt
should work.
