I am looking for Russia bbox. Searching in google I have found that bbox of Russia is: NE 81.856903, -168.997849 SW 41.185902, 19.638861 (http://isithackday.com/geoplanet-explorer/index.php?woeid=23424936). The problem is if I try this data bounding box is of some part of USA:
