Hi, Since I do not have lseek64 on the system that runs osm2pgsql, I cannot compile the latest version that uses a flat file persistent node cache. However, I do not care about the persistent node cache, since I'm only importing extracts and it's not well suited for that. So can anyone tell me how I can compile osm2pgsql without the flat node cache?
