For the last months I have been working on Osmium, the C++ OSM library, creating a new redesigned version that supports multithreading and is generally faster, more powerful and easier to use. It is not quite ready for production use yet, but now (before we have tied down the interfaces) would be a good time to give it a try and give me some feedback of how it works with your use case and what you would still need from it.
I have written about some of the details here: http://blog.jochentopf.com/2013-08-26-osmium-news.html The code is here: https://github.com/osmcode/libosmium Jochen -- Jochen Topf [email protected] http://www.jochentopf.com/ +49-721-388298 _______________________________________________ dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/dev
