Last week was published a new tile server based on mapnik under BSD-2 license. http://maps.sputnik.ru/ is using it. Code and documentation can be found here: http://sputnik-maps.github.io/gopnik/ Useful plugin for storing tiles in Couchbase: https://github.com/orofarne/gopnik-couchbase-kv Code is under massive development, everything may change. Questions and comments are welcome.
