Not really. You can see what tags are in use. A search for tags
containing "0" http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/search?q=0 lists
https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2992379650 on the last page.
Now obviously that's rubbish (and we can guess what the mapper actually
meant there) but if you're consuming OSM data you'll need to be able to
deal with keys such as that.
