Looks like some features on the dev server are down, presumably down to the move... just checking, are the admins aware of this? It's not mentioned on the wiki page on service availability. The dev server version of the API is working, however the website itself is down (which in turn affects OAuth authentication): https://master.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org/ Apologies if you know this already!
