I made some changes to this:
* I don't really like OFPUTIL_P_NXM_ANY_OR_OF11_PLUS and similar
names.
* I think that "OXM" is a better user-visible name for the
protocol.
* I noticed that ofputil_flow_stats_request_usable_protocols()
could use an update too.
Also, as I was thinking about it, I can up with some other related stuff
that seemed like it could be improved. I'm going to send it out in a
minute as a 5-patch series. Will you review it?
