I'm going to have to miss the OVN meeting tomorrow morning because I'm
traveling, so here's my report.
I've been working on the "closure" feature. Patches are posted, e.g.:

I'm reworking the OVN ARP support series to use closures instead of
introducing an ARP-specific OpenFlow extension. Possibly I'll post this
today, but more likely next week.
