The documentation says:
Value should be in the range of 0 to 64.
in a couple of places. I think that 64 is not a valid value so,
usually, I would write this as:
Value should be in the range of 0 to 63.
or:
Value should be in the range of 0 to 63 (inclusive).
if I wanted to be perfectly clear.
