Some of the null clazz asserts used the nullCheckForClass method and others
used the assertNotNull method with cut-n-pasted text. The attached patch
converts them all to consistently use nullCheckForClass to reduce cut-n-pasted
text. There is also one update in WebBeansAnnotation.java that fixes an
incorrect assert reference and one minor formatting update for faces-config.xml.
