I tried to wrapped the OWB jars into bundles in geronimo and they worked fine. See https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/geronimo/server/trunk/plugins/openwebbeans/geronimo-openwebbeans/pom.xml
After changing the OWB bundles directly. I also met some class resolving problems that I can't remember exactly.
