No one actually calls
org.apache.webbeans.config.OpenWebBeansConfiguration.isUseEJBInterceptorActivation().
Therefore this issue is NOT resolved and I am reopening it.
We need to modify OpenWebBeansEjbInterceptor and have it call
OpenWebBeansConfiguration.isUseEJBInterceptorActivation() during activation and
deactivation of contexts.
