webbeans-openejb is not in use anymore. David moved this part over to the
OpenEJB project quite some time ago. This allows a much tighter integration
with OpenEJB and allows OpenWebBeans to be more independent of other projects.
Thus we should remove the webbeans-openejb module from OWB.
