I stand somewhat corrected. The only 'test' classes that end up in the
openwebbeans-web jar are ones that are packaged in src/main/java instead of
src/test/java. For example the org.apache.webbeans.web.lifecycle.test package.
It appears there is no code in src/test/java going to the wrong place.
