Above issue has been fixed by [~romain.manni-bucau] in version
{{2.0.0-20140904.162551-29}}.
@[~struberg], @[~romain.manni-bucau], the current implementation does not
deliver {{ProcessAnnotatedType<X>}} events when {{AnnotatedType<X>}} contain an
{{AnnotatedConstructor}} annotated with an element matching those defined with
{{@WithAnnotations}}.
