Why modifying singleton service? just for the arquillian setup? Is moving SE
suite in another execution allowing us to not add this SPI? Worse case we
ignore tck#arquillian#se and just implement equivalent tests in se module.
(trying to avoid to pollute the runtime too much due to tcks)
