I'd like to call a VOTE on releaseing Apache OpenWebBeans-2.0.4
This is a CDI-2.0 maintenance release.
We did now even pass all the EE TCK tests with TomEE8 since yesterday night.
So time to roll a release!
The following bugs and tickets got resolved:

• [OWB-1226] - upgrade maven-bundle-plugin to more recent version
• [OWB-1227] - can't add a bean through an extension and let it being
scanned
• [OWB-1228] - OWB ignores producer methods on custom annotatedTypes
• [OWB-1229] - WebContextsService should fire
BeforeDestroyed(RequestScoped.class) event
• [OWB-1230] - introduce a way to block certain Extensions from getting
picked up
• [OWB-1231] - update jcdi-spec to 1.0.1 version
