It appears that
{{org.apache.webbeans.resource.spi.se.StandaloneResourceInjectionService#readExternal}}
and
{{org.apache.webbeans.resource.spi.se.StandaloneResourceInjectionService#writeExternal}}
is not used in OWB nor TomEE.
Anyone has a resemblance for what we did introduce it originally? It is around
since 2010, but it sounds like we don't make any use of it since basically
forever?
