Our integration tests and our samples still rely on the ancient
tomcat7-maven-plugin. But with jakarta.* we cannot rely on it anymore and the
tomcat-maven-plugin project is dormant since many years.
There is an alternative in the form of the codehaus cargo-maven3-plugin. It
supports quite a few containers out of the box, including the latest Apache
Tomcat. So it seems to make sense to switch to it.
