http://incubator.apache.org/projects/openwhisk.html is just a "housekeeping" page about this project, in general it's incubation mentors who edit that. If you think more dynamic info should be provided there best is to link from there to an (upcoming I suppose) Apache OpenWhisk website page which you can edit in a more convenient way. Many projects to that for their team pages for example. -Bertrand
