Hi Jugaadi, This is a good idea. There is already a Kong Plugin for OpenWhisk - [1]; it's limited in functionality when compared with the current Openwhisk Gateway - [2] . But the community could enhance the Kong plugin and it can be used by people who are already familiar with Kong. The current design in Openwhisk supports this "bring your own gateway" concept.
