There are something I think developers new to OpenWhisk will get benefit. They 
can refer to documents other than reading source codes directly.

For example,
- architecture diagram, not concept diagram and work flow diagram in about.md. 
- components specifications, e.g. an introduction of each component, what 
classes and functions it include, links to source codes.
- common library specification, e.g. what classes/functions the common package 
includes, links to the source codes.

I know code talks. I think documents are also helpful to people who want to 
locate some specific classes/functions easily and people don't want to spend 
time on digging source codes.
