IBM would like to donate a Python composer library to the Apache OpenWhisk project. The code was recently open-sourced under the Apache v2 license at https://github.com/ibm-functions/composer-python/.
Assuming there are no objections from OpenWhisk PPC about deciding to accept this donation, I will begin the IP clearance process next week (after Thanksgiving holiday). I think I understand all the steps now :) --dave
