2019-10-22 17:03:25 UTC - Dave Grove: New version of helm (2.15.0) released a few days ago does _NOT_ work for OpenWhisk helm chart. There’s a serious regression in processing of numeric types (<https://github.com/helm/helm/issues/6708>) that breaks the logic for zookeeper and kafka persistent volumes. The symptom is that the pvcs are not created, thus zookeeper and kafka pods do not deploy.
