2019-12-11 06:08:57 UTC - Bill Zong: I’ve ran a jenkins cluster over CentOS,
and when I trigger a pipeline (edited), it failed with
```fetch
<https://alpine.global.ssl.fastly.net/alpine/v3.8/community/x86_64/APKINDEX.tar.gz>
[91mERROR: <https://alpine.global.ssl.fastly.net/alpine/v3.8/main>: operation
timed out```
I think I must missed something to solve the CI pipeline, even though I
minimized the pipeline stage to `Build`.
I’m trying to build it from cmdline now, no failure yet.
not working out for almost 4 months, too.
So there would be sth wrong in the file, but I don’t get the idea right now.
2019-12-11 16:41:49 UTC - Houman Kamali: Hi, we're experiencing an issue with
OpenWhisk Package Kafka where after overloading the triggers once by sending
too many messages (about 27million in a several minutes), the triggers stop
working permanently i.e. it will not respond to new messages pushed into Kafka
topic. (I assume the overload causes a throttling initially; but why would it
complete break the trigger?)
Then, if we update the trigger by changing a parameter e.g. `isJSONData` and
reverting it back to its original value, it will resume.
Has anyone noticed something like that?
