Ok as of now, there are not many people suffering from the time.
Mostly those who are at Naver and Bill.
But it would be great to have alternating time for diversity and inclusion
of the community.
It would help those who will newly join the meeting in the future as well.

The remaining thing is to find the best meeting time.

This is the current time.
 - 2 PM GMT
 - 10 AM EST
 - 7 AM PST
 - 11 PM CST
 - 12 PM KST/JST

And what I suggest is as follow:
- 1 AM GMT
- 9 PM EST
- 6 PM PST
- 10 AM CST
- 11 AM KST/JST

Since this may not fit well for some people, please share your opinion.
Any suggestion for the alternating time would be appreciated.

Best regards
Dominic
