IDE, but guess It gives enough hints to try to setup in other IDEs like VS Code.

all limits to `200` and increasing the memory to `4096` . It still didn’t work. 
Then, I also tried adding one more replica for controller and invoker. It 
turned out that the second controller and invoker remained `pending`.
