2020-07-06 15:36:22 UTC - Dave Grove: On many Kubernetes clusters, the 
underlying container engine isn’t docker (its containerd), so passing docker 
arguments won’t do anything.   If you  are on a Kubernetes cluster that 
actually does use docker, you could use the DockerContainerFactory which 
supports passing those arguments.
