function within that period the container is reused. If there are too many 
activations at once more containers are created.

requesting actions through an HTTP trigger.
I’m trying to invoke a single HTTP trigger multiple times (like 1,000,000 
times) but after 60 invocations, I get “too many requests in the last minute 
(count: 61, allowed: 60)”

These two files in the github repo kind of gives a some sense of how those 
messages are generated. However, I’m still lost how to change the allowed count 
to limitless from the user end.
