I’ve submitted a PR https://github.com/apache/openwhisk-runtime-nodejs/pull/237 to remove these two runtime variants from openwhisk-runtime-nodejs. They are both past their EOL dates and no longer building due to removal of upstream Debian Stretch packages. This is blocking the nightly builds of the Node.js 16 and 18 runtimes.
Just wanted to note this PR for the dev list since openwhisk-runtime-nodejs is one of our more widely used runtimes. --dave
