Dear whiskers. Many other projects close stale issues and PRs. Some of them even automate this process with the stale bot [1].
It has some benefits in that we can sort out unnecessary or minor issues and it can also work as a reminder as we would revisit old issues before closing it. I suggest closing old issues and PRs. I would close them by hand at this time but would introduce a stale bot at some point. Please share your opinion. If there is no feedback for some time, I would work on it based on silent consent.
