calcite mailing lists

Hi,

I'm having hard time trying to subscribe to new Calcite mailing lists (as
in [1]).
What's the step by step to subscribe?

I've just mailed to "dev-subscr...@calcite.incubator.apache.org" and got "550
mail to dev-subscr...@calcite.apache.org not accepted here"
