All, I'd like to roll an RC for 1.6 next week. There are a couple of things that we should get in:
* ORC-189 to implement timestamp with local time zone * The rest of ORC-14 to get column encryption finished. * Zstd support for Java. Is there anything else that should be added? .. Owen
