Thanks to those who took the time to improve their commit messages.
I saw a lot more commit messages with good explanations, which made
it much easier to catch up with the state of the system after being
away for a week.
I still saw some log messages whose entire contents are "Fixed bug
xxxx". It would have been really helpful to know what bug xxxx was
right there in the message log. I know that it is more effort to
put additional detail into these messages, but it saves each reader
of the message from having to go to bugzilla to find out if the bug
being fixed is relevant to a particular part of the system.
