[Dev] Developer's guide to the Chandler repository

Just to check before I spend a lot of time on it: the current version of 
the Busy Developer's Guide to the Chandler Repository (v0.4) seems to be 
very out of date wrt. current version of Chandler -- am I correct? Is 
there an alternative? Or is the API in too much flux right now, 
considering the changes from M5?
