This is the roadmap to 0.6 release.

Starting on Monday and until Code Complete (0.5.07, Nov 9):
- all code changes require a bug (targeted for 0.6) and review (bugzilla
review mechanism recommended)
  * exceptions: checkins to change documentation, comments, tests are
fine, also build failure fixes are fine without bug number and reviewer
- checkin comment must include bug number, description and reviewer
(if you make a mistake with checkin comment, post to dev)

>From 0.5.07 to Code Freeze (0.5.08, Nov 23):
- only blocking bugs allowed in; these are marked by the bug council
with the blocking0.6+ flag in bugzilla
  * Same exceptions still apply
- we intend to take only functional changes, no cosmetic issues

>From 0.5.08 to 0.6 Release (Nov 30):
- only crash, dataloss type issues will be fixed; bug council explicit
approval needed (blocking0.6+ flag)
- we'll be doing release candidates every time we hit zero blockers
