Hello everyone, I'm trying to to build a quick'n'dirty construct that allows an agent to create an ticket by creating an email. (the feature is on the todo-list for 1.2, but I would need it earlier)
So I created a new Module celled AgentEmail.pm which is some sort of mix between AgentPhone.pm and AgentCompose.pm. An AgentEmail.dtl comes with it, as well as an entry in Kernel/Output/HTML/Agent.pm. Finally I included a use-line in the apache-parl-startup.pl script. The AgentEmail.pm works partly but I would like to know whether this is the right way to go, or if I'm possible modifying thing that rather remain untouched. Any comment would be welcome. If/when this works I can post it, but I clearly doubt that someone would like to see it included in the main code....
