The way is:

HTML Form -=> post Body on Kernel/Modules/AgentCompose.pm -=> 
Kernel/System/Ticket/SendArticle.pm: SendArticle() -=> 
Kernel/System/Email.pm: Send().

I think that is what you want to know.
