article should not be to edit after creating (because of the history funktion - needed to reproduce the issue/thread).
I think that the owner of the ticket should be able to edit any article in it.
(Actually i needed it after creating several really anoying misspellings.
and i needed to convert a "note" article into an "email" one)
The ability to edit could be controlled by permissions.
I hope that i will be able to contribute more to this project.
