Hello dev, I am using OTRS v1.3.x CVS.
While searching by CustomerID I get the following error: "Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /data/otrs-goldsupp/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm line 925. For help, please send mail to the webmaster , giving this error message and the time and date of the error. " Any ideas ?
