Well, that's fair enough.  It's pretty hard to support a database
without a test environment.

I don't think Installing Oracle with a development license on a
Redhat-ish machine is terribly hard.  I have only done the client-side
installation myself, though.

http://www.puschitz.com/OracleOnLinux.shtml is a pretty good reference
on Oracle installations on Linux.
