Hello, and greetings from Japan -

On OTRS 2.0b2, I used the /opt/otrs/bin scripts otrs.addGroup and
otrs.addQueue to add queues and groups from the CLI, and afterwards created
system addresses from the GUI associating them with the queues I created.
However, now when I send emails to those new system addresses, nothing shows
up in the queue view for those queues. If I send mails to ones I created by
hand before the adventure into script-land, the mails reach OTRS' queue view
without a problem.

Is there anything I should check? Seems like something is out of sync...

Hoping someone can have mercy on me and help me out of this...

Sincerely,
Rick Cogley
